I actually didn't know what to expect when On Site Specialty Cleaning and Restoration came to work on my basement due to flooding. Had water coming into the lower level of my home. OnSite was pehnomal! The tech Tim came right out, found the source of the leak, and made repairs to what was causing the leak. He carefully inspected to see the damage caused and to ensure there was no mold. I HIGHLY recommend this company! 5 �

My home was severely damaged by a fire. Everyone at this company is so professional and kind. They stored my items that survived the fire and restored them. Amazing job. The crew that brought my items back to me was the best. Top notch. After going through a fire I couldn't have asked for a kinder better company. You guys are the best.

My initial meeting was with Justin. What a GRAND introduction to the company. Not only was his smile infectious, but, his customer service and demeanor were more than impeccable.He called first to tell me when to expect him and the team; they were on time ! He then took the time to listen to my story (and bad jokes). He surveyed the situation and gave me his insight on the matter. Then he explained how he and the team would begin to solve the problem. Eureka! My mind was at ease.Justin explained everything in an understandable way and he told me what to expect going forward. He was very discreet in moving my personal items in and around the house. His mannerisms were so exceptional, he really could write the book on "Customer Service".Justin set an impressive standard on our first meeting. He represented the company excellently.
