We had Frank who was very professional, kind and totally took care of our water damage and drywall removal! He was always on time and always had a smile on his face and a great attitude and made us feel very comfortable that everything would be take care of and we had nothing to worry about ! The staff who came and packed up the salvageable items were very helpful and kind. From start to finish the process went smoothly. The furniture and boxes were carefully packed when returned. The crew used coverings on the floor to protect the carpet. Everyone was professional yet personable. Shannon was very helpful and supportive through a few things that were out of her control. Dealing with a flooded basement can be very frustrating but thanks to Alberto Rivera and Tony of the Sterling Heights location I was extremely impressed with the great job that they did!
