Had an issue with water collecting between the insulation and flooring under the house. Was referred to On-Site Restoration. They responded the same day and came by and inspected the damage. A crew was sent out the next business day and the clean up was professionally handled. The crew kept me informed during the process. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

After a flood in our home, we contacted On Site. Justin arrived within an hour and began the cleanup process. He was incredibly thorough and attentive during the entire process. They handled everything from coordination of other trades to dealing with the insurance company/adjuster. In the wake of an unfortunate event, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We would highly recommend!

Mr Spangler was outstanding to deal with - very courteous and caring about my situation.... his helper Carlos was great as well .... however as the job manager, Mr Spangler went over and beyond to make sure I was happy and pleased... Great asset to your business..... he made dealing with my water problem ...to be not so bad .... great manager ....

Coming home to where a water line had broken and had damaged several condos on my floor, was devastating. In my opinion, everything was a complete loss. I started to clean up and see what I could save. Within 2 hours, On-Site cleaning services greeted me at the door. The professionals that came in to my home were friendly and empathetic. They assured me that the damage was not as bad as I had thought and told me I would be surprised at how much was savable! As, I tried to help them organize and pack up, they assured me that they would take care of everything. I didn't have to stay. I trusted them and came back a few hours later. They had everything organized! Boxes were labeled with the last name and room they came from along with descriptions of the contents. I was amazed!!! They were quick and efficient and treated me like a friend that they were helping out. A few weeks later, I called to have my personal belongings delivered. I also requested that they kept the furniture as I was in the process of building a new home and wasn't quite ready for it. The office staff was fabulous, reassuring me that they could store it until my new home was complete. When I received the boxes of clothes, shoes, purses, ties and other personal items I was thrilled! The items looked brand new. I couldn't believe it! What I thought was ruined forever, came back better than new! Everything was packaged perfectly and ready to hang back in my closets. When it was time to have my furniture delivered, they were ready within days. Everything came of the truck packaged securely. Again, I was surprised at what was saved from a horrific flood and came back cleaner and newer looking than before the water damage. I am so grateful for everyone that I worked with at On Site Specialty Cleaning and Restoration. They made it easy to go through such a difficult time in life. They were professional, friendly, kind and the hardest working people I have ever met. I am so thankful to have used On-Site and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially family and friends!

I cannot express how happy and pleased I am with this company. They were very organized and worked really hard to take the big job of water damage to my home and make the best experience I have ever had in my 54 years and as a widow they never took advantage of me as many companies do. They were also efficient, polite and kind in every way. I would recommend this company to everyone. I appreciate all the management, secretary and each employee coming to my home was amazing.
