To earn the Elite Service Pros badge, you must have a minimum of five reviews with a five-star rating and maintain an overall customer service rating of four and a half or better. These reviews must come from homeowners you've done work for, and you should have no outstanding complaints in the last six months.

To receive a Top-Rated Pro badge, contractors must obtain a rating of four or more from the homeowners with whom they have worked. Moreover, at least 90 percent of reviewers should express a willingness to recommend the contractor's services. Additionally, the contractor must have a minimum of five reviews and no homeowner complaints lodged against them within the last six months.
