Recently, with the bitter cold weather, we had a water pipe burst in one of our professional office buildings. It was undetected for over 24 hours and did considerable damage to an upper floor suite and the suite below. Fortunately, we were able to contract On Site Restoration and they reacted immediately! They knew absolutely what to do and got it completed well within the original time frame quoted. They have an amazing team of people who worked diligently regardless of time of day and well into the night. Shannon at the main office is very experienced and professional. They coordinated the communication to us and our insurance carrier with excellent documentation, photos, etc. The field team led by Marcella Padilla was outstanding! Van Acker and Carlos Garcia, project and mitigation managers were extremely productive with their respective teams on this difficult and demanding project. We would have been weeks or months behind without their service. I highly recommend. We are a major landlord/property owner in Oakland County. They are our go to contractors for this specialty service.

People are very nice. Very slow at removing some things . Bad communication with me as the homeowner. Hard to give accurate opinions until I'm back on my home and my belongings are in place.
