Justin, Jacob, Ryan, and Deaundre delivered, carried in our belongings, and put together furniture which required it. They were courteous, careful, and efficient in their tasks. We were so happy to have many of our belongings returned after a fire 14 months ago, as well as seeing how all had been cleaned, restored, and packaged well while in the care of OnSite Specialty Cleaning + Restoration.On the next day we had a crew of very helpful folks who unpacked stacks of boxes, unwrapped our possessions, relocated everything to rooms under our direction, and cleaned up all the wrappings and boxes. Thanks to Jeremy R., Julian, Miguel, German, Gabriel, and Verenice for their great work ethics, care of fragile items, assistance with relocating boxes at our request, and great cleanup before they left. All of the OnSite team members did a great job of handling our belongings and being courteous and helpful in every way possible!

Our flooded finished basement issue was mitigated by a very professional, prompt, and an efficient team; Emmanuel,Jordan, Jr, and Jacob. Marco promptly answered my phone calls and explained the process. He also made sure that the clean up cost wouldnâ??t use all of the allotted money from our insurance. He wanted to make sure there would be insurance money left over to use towards our renovations. We appreciate that he was so considerate and mindful of our situation. We are extremely grateful to have a sanitized, dry, and good smelling basement!

Christmas morning 2022 a water pipe burst in my condo and caused water/flood damage throughout my entire condo. Cassandra from On Site arrived within an hour of being called and quickly began assessing the damage and explaining the process . She was friendly and efficient and got things moving forward . All my furniture/belongings were carefully bubble wrapped , boxed and placed in storage for cleaning and repair.Months later when everything was returned, the process was perfect .I want to thank my On Site contact Adrianna for always being helpful and having answers to my many questions.My moving/ unpacking team were effective, professional and friendly.Thanks to Jacob Justin Steve Deaudre Jeremy Luke Gabriel Miguel and German.Special thanks to Jacob and Steve who worked very hard and took special care when putting together my 110 year old family heirloom antique kitchen table !!
