I was introduced to On-Site by my contractor and I'm so happy On-Site was my restoration company.In my eyes, my project was rather larger and overwhelming, but it was no problem for the On-Site teams that came out to do the work. Although there were many individuals involved with my project from start to finish, I have to mention how amazing and wonderful it was to work with Shannon! Shannon is a great communicator and never left me wondering about anything! Shannon answered all my calls, questions and concerns pertaining storage and delivery.During the time I had to move out of my home while it was under repair, I read a statement that said "Life is too precious to be anything but deeply alive in it" and now being back home, I'm able to retreat and appreciate everything that everyone has done to help me and my family. I feel alive again and I want to sincerely thank On-Site and Shannon for your help, support and assistance.

Justin, Jacob, and Deandre were professional, and did a great job returning and assembling items that were restored and kept while my home was repaired after a fire. I would highly recommend On-Site Services to anyone in. Similar situation. Everyone at this company was pleasant, and helpful. They made a horrible experience a little easier.

On-Site is definitely a 5 star company. The crew, Becca, Brandon, Jose, Clarissa, Nick and RJ did a great job unpacking and returning everything to it's proper place. They were in and out in less than 4 hours and all packing materials were removed and the place left very clean.I would highly recommend On-Site when needed.

On-siteâ??s team was very quick to respond to our sump pump failure. They had the basement mostly dry and demoed within a few days. All the guys were very courteous and professional.
