Recently used On-Site upon recmd from Ins Co. for storm damage to an out bldg when a tree fell through roof and damaged structure. From the 1st mtg with Rep from On-Site, Vann Acker, to the 1st work crew, Remy, Julian, Gabriel, Miguel and Danny...who all were most professional, respectful, courteous and hard-working...as they emptied bldg and boxed up contents to put into Pod for storage...to the 2nd crew...Mario, Chris and Deaundre...who removed the refuse and discarded it for us...they, too, were professional, respectful, courteous and hard-working...would highly recmd this company when a trajedy befalls you and you have never had to deal with the likes of something and don't quite know how this should be handled...felt like we were in trusted and caring hands the entire time...and we were!!! Thank-you, On-Site!!!

Marco and his crew were very professional, came to my house on a timely basis, and were very courteous. Shannon kept me up too date on crew arrive and updates.

We want to do a shout out to the two team members that did our storage delivery and unpack. Chris & Mario delivered our storage items on 4/11. They were professional, kind and so easy to work with! Hailee, Verenice, Rhyan & Martha did the unpack on 4/12.The ladies were also professional and focused on getting everything back the way we wanted it. Again, kind and most accommodating! We were so pleased with both teams and their work ethicâ??s!!Nice job to all!!
