Carlos, George, Raphael, and Shannon are all great. Very friendly and helpful. I had a sewage overflow on a Friday night and at 9am Saturday morning Carlos and George were at my house to clean up. They did a great job. Carlos was patient with all my questions and he explained the next steps very clearly so I knew what to expect. Carlos and George also went above and beyond by shoveling snow in front of my house and shoveling my driveway so they could get their van up to the house to clean. We had 10 inches of heavy snow, so it was not an easy task and not their job but they did it anyway! The team came by a few more times to continue cleaning and then to remove the fans and to strip my bathroom tile due to damage. They did a great job and were always nice to interact with. I feel very looked after by Shannon, Carlos, George, and Raphael. I highly recommend them and On Site.I also had another On Site team unpack and clean and put back and take away the items that were damaged. Gabriel, Daniel, German, Verenice were great. And Remy was especially great. He was very patient with all my questions and my non preparedness. They all were friendly, worked hard and took care with my items and my house. I would definitely hire them again.

Onsite specialty cleaning is absolutely amazing. My family suffered a fire in November 2022 and through it all the only company to actually do there job and help us. They answered every question with fast responses and truly cared about what we were going through.
