The Onsite crew came and packed up my basement contents to be transferred to a offsite facility. They were professional and through. The crew consisted of Vann, Carlos, Alexis, Kristen, Lucia, Welch, Laury, Gabriel and Wyatt. Thank you all.

We had a flood in our main bathroom and the water traveled through our home like a great hurricane. ON-SITE Specialty Cleaning & Restoration Company took the S out of stress when it came to our home getting packed for our displacement. Cassandra came to our home to view the damages. She was so nice and understanding. She made me feel like everything was going to be OK. She sent Hannah who stepped in and headed the crew: Hailey, Devin, Gabriel, Alexis and Laura.They packed my home efficiently and expeditiously. I have never seen packing using barcodes. In addition, everything was photographed, labeled and placed neatly.Moreover, the crew had smiles andwas respectful and professional. Hannah made sure if I needed an extra box or zip lock bag to pack my personal things in to take with me I had it. She also listened to me. I told her how much my rock collection meant to me then my son left it on the side of our car. She saw it and brought it back in the house after we left.That meant so much to me because she knew how much those rocks from all around the world meant to me. Had a water leak that required some demo work and drying of the affected area to mitigate damage. Was referred to onsite and they helped make the process as easy and headache free as possible. Jordan, Jr.,Ricardo,Manny,Shannon, and Marco were great. Professional and helpful.

Upon meeting Crew Leader Hannah, I found she was very professional and friendly! She was more than happy to take the time to answer all questions that I had and didnâ??t seem to mind the multiple times I had to bother her while she was busy cleaning things up. 10/10 would recommend
