I was referred to Onsite Restoration by Lenox Plumbing after my basement flooded and black mold rapidly spread all over. Kneco was the rep that took on my project and I can't recommend him enough. His professionalism is top tier and his crew was great to work with. He completed the initial inspection, provided me an estimate of work to be completed and stuck to those numbers without trying to upsell me or hit me with hidden costs along the way. Kneco responded to texts and emails very promptly, his ability communicate and lead his crew through 4 days of restoration/mold remediation while being on/off site was impressive. I highly recommend this company, especially Kneco!

When all other companies were too busy to even answer the phone, Tim and his crew came out to help this single mother, whose basement flooded three times in one week!!! Nick, Ralph, Miguel and Daniel, along with Tim went above and beyond to help make sure my basement was dry and no mold would develop, as I have a daughter who is highly allergic to mold. They came back multiple times over several days to check on things and bring extra equipment. I cannot recommend this team enough!!! They took out drywall and even helped me get my ruined furniture to the curb! Do not hesitate to call On Site should you have water issues and ask for Tim! He gave me a fair price and piece of mind!
