I hired On Site when i discovered mold in my basement. Not knowing the hazards, i hired a professional. On Site was quick, sympathetic, responsive to our needs and schedule. Even during these times of the pandemic, they were there for us and for our questions. They arrived right on time, every time and always explained everything to us. Very professional. If i had any complaints, it was i felt they were expensive compared to other companies but i suppose you pay for what you get.

The company took my call and sent a crew out immediately. They showed up with a good attitude, were polite and professional. They did a great job, thank you so much.
