We had water overflow in our laundry room down to the basement. On-Site took immediate steps to mitigate the damage and resolved all issues in an efficient and professional manner. All staff members were exemplary but special recognition should be given to Carlos, Lucia, Ricardo and Shannon who administered and coordinated all activities. We would definitely recommend On-Site and give them a five-star rating.
