Basement Drain Back-up in Birmingham, MI

Challenge

There was approximately 1-2 inches of water in the partially finished basement. The primary challenge was to promptly remove the water and control the humidity to prevent any secondary damage.

Solution

The drains were cleared quickly, and the water went back down. Water was removed from areas with a lower pitch that didn't drain properly. Equipment was set up right away to control humidity in the basement and start the drying process. Containment was put in place to create a smaller drying area for faster and more efficient drying.
